You have a maximum of 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund.
We are unable to cover the postage cost(s) of any returns
Please inspect your order upon receipt, contact us immediately if the item (s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we (Pottiicrete) can evaluate the issue(s).
If you wish to exchange item(s) (based on stock availability) please note, we will not be liable for any additional shipping cost, retain your shipping receipt as proof of postage.

The following information is required:
- Pottiicrete reference number
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return(s) we will inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds to the original payment method can take 5-7 working days.
Pottiicrete – Shipping
We dispatch your order(s) on the same day placed Mon – Friday if it is placed before 11am. If you place your order after 11am, unfortunately there are no guarantees to dispatch on the same day.
During busy periods, please allow 1 additional working days for dispatch. Our current dispatch time is 24. We use Royal Mail and DPD to send our parcels. From time to time issues or delays with couriers are out of our control. We cannot issue refunds for delays caused by our couriers. However, we cannot resend item(s) which are already in transit.
