We dispatch your order(s) on the same day placed Mon – Friday if it is placed before 11am. If you place your order after 11am, unfortunately there are no guarantees to dispatch on the same day. During busy periods, please allow 1 additional working days for dispatch. Our current dispatch time is 24.  We use Royal Mail and DPD to send our parcels. From time to time issues or delays with couriers are out of our control. We cannot issue refunds for delays caused by our couriers. However, we cannot resend item(s) which are already in transit.
